With my sincere thanks to you good folk who continue to support this site with your likes and comments. Five more elements tonight, and we’re halfway through the series. By the time we are done, you will be able to choose your crystals with confidence. Please enjoy.
Needless it should be to say, but said it must be: Nothing written on this website should be considered before professional medical advice in the case of any medical condition whatsoever. And, only an idiot, or a complete curmudgeon would believe otherwise!
We ponder the many ways that crystals come into being and gain metaphysical insights that enhance our therapeutic intuition.
The purpose of this series is to help the student of crystal therapy to appreciate the correspondences that exist between crystals, the human body, and the atomic elements called minerals. Therapy is a three-way process that takes place between the crystals and the client, with the therapist acting as an energetic bridge. The therapist furthermore must be attuned to their highest and most loving spiritual component.
According to *Michael Geinger, crystal therapy can be applied as a three-in-one process:
Igneous crystals are considered to be good for primary healing, for example drawing out pain.
Sedimentary crystals are considered to be useful when people are undergoing times of growth.
Metamorphic crystals are considered to be useful for people who are undergoing times of deep inner change.
The types igneous, sedimentary, and metamorphic may also be termed respectively – Primary, Secondary, and Tertiary.
As we saw in earlier posts, there are seven crystal classes, plus an ‘amorphous’ class for crystalline substances, such as granite. Crystals are classified according to the geometry that governs the point growth pattern and ‘grain’ of each individual crystal.
So, let’s get started, first we will revisit the crystal classes with this handsome diagram:
Next we’ll examine this legend, which is intended to make the subsequent diagrams easy to read.
And now the first five lists of crystals that contain the mineral in the title, along with their type and class. Note that many crystals have mixed origins.
The classes are colour coded for easy reference, with each symbol coloured in as appropriate.
Boron is a Trace Element in the human body.
I sincerely hope you find these lists useful, and that they help you to choose your crystals well. Namaste from Amras.
*Michael Geinger is the author of several excellent books for crystal therapists. I recommend “Crystal Power, Crystal Healing: The Complete Handbook”, available in paperback from Amazon.

At last, here is the final part of our occasional series for intuitional folk who wish to utilize crystal healing energies:
KYANITE
Kyanite, (usually blue), is a cooling, calming stone.
Kyanite is sometimes called “Archangel Michael‘s Sword of Truth” due to its colour and bladed formation.
Kyanite is often used for cord cutting, it helps us recognise those cords to which we unconsciously cling.
This offers us a space in which to choose freedom from our emotional bonds.
Kyanite can be worn on our persons if we intend to intercept our ‘scripts’; this removes the veils of confusion concerning our life’s purpose in the present.
Kyanite is also good for divining the truth behind spoken words.
When placed on the throat chakra, kyanite can be used to align us with our causal centre, here we may learn how our inner thoughts affect our outer world.
Kyanite aids in healing throat infections.
Kyanite has been seen to envelop the body in a protective blue light.
It is relaxing for mind and body during meditation.
Kyanite works with changes taking place in the deeper levels of body, mind and spirit.
Hold a piece of kyanite during meditation to help the mind and body connect with high spiritual planes.
Sensitives say kyanite automatically realigns the chakras without the requirement of conscious effort.
Kyanite is sometimes intended for use as a weight loss tool, helping to nudge the appetite towards an appreciation of the correct foods for the body.
Therapists say that kyanite does not hold negativity, therefore it never needs cleansing.

Nearly done, this is the penultimate choice in our list of crystals described for intuitional users:
SELENITE
Selenite has a mineral/water balance that is similar to that of the human body.
It follows that the vibrational energies of Selenite can connect very well with our own.
Selenite is used to hydrate skin and reduce the signs of aging.
As the body is mostly made of water, selenite is said (through its unique and stable resonance) to initiate purification by helping send fresh oxygen to where the body needs it the most.
This effect is especially good when applied as a gem elixir.
Selenite cannot be placed directly in water as it will start to dissolve, but its’ energy can be transmitted into water, or a gem elixir, by focused intent and resonance.
Selenite can be used to help absorb pollution from car exhausts, factory smoke, and all fuel based pollutants which are harmful to our environment and lungs.
Selenite is called “Sword of Light” as it shines through the darkest of energies, revealing to the skilled practitioner anything negatively charged that may lodge in the aura.
Entities can hook into the aura, but selenite is used to help wipe away the effects of these attachments. In so doing, it reveals where the entities were hooked and heals the part of the aura that was being drained of energy.
Selenite is therefore a good cleanser for the chakras and auric field.
It is believed to be a helpful crystal for persons undergoing realigning of their spinal and skeletal deformities.
It can pull energy through the chakras using movements of the spine.
When used as a lamp, or with candles, selenite tends to mitigate any dehydrating influence in the atmosphere.
Awareness of the light body can be activated by meditation on an illuminated specimen.
Selenite can be used in meditation to align the physical and spiritual bodily realms. Can be placed on the brow chakra for this, it is probably best to meditate this way lying down.
It is said that Selenite draws in fine spiritual light that illuminates ones’ potential for divine connection.
Provides flexibility both physically and psychologically, and also helps repair cell/DNA damage.
It is believed by some users that Selenite can help to mitigate epilepsy.

Thank you to all who have sent healing and kind words to me.
Tonight I am determined to overcome my dodgy body, and contribute something to our ever blossoming world. This is the fifth section in our seven part series aimed at those who wish to use their crystals intuitionally. Please enjoy.
Calcite helps to build a bridge from the physical to the spiritual body.
It activates and clears the crown and brow chakras.
Calcite is useful when stabilizing the emotions.
As calcite builds a bridge between the physical and spiritual realms, it can be applied to all of the subtle bodies in the auric field.
It is felt by certain sensitives that calcite transmits colour to and from the spiritual realms.
When applied as a generator to the chakras and the aura, calcite immediately sends colour and strength to the area being worked on.
These subtle energy hues have an uplifting effect on the whole aura, it feels similar to being in a childlike state of mind.
When holding a clear calcite, we can channel any mentally chosen colour into any part of the auric field, from crystal to subject.
The spine is the channel for this movement.
These subtle movements of proprioceptive* awareness require practice to gain familiarity with.
Thus calcite can help us to recognise the illumination of the light body within the physical structure.
If calcite is broken the pieces all retain the original crystal form.
Not unlike a hologram, calcite holds its signature vibration in every part, and reminds us that we can never be truly broken; and also that we are ‘One’ at the centre of our beings.
Calcite helps to energetically rebuild damaged RNA/DNA.
Calcite strengthens and clears the environment in a crystal layout.
Can also be used in energy grids to stabilise any large environment.
Calcite is calming to an overactive or disrupted area, sending focused channels of finest light to the gridded environment.
As one recognizes ones’ illuminated presence through the healing effect of calcite, recognition of the total self may be achieved.
This is our evolutionary spiritual destination, to become perfect living, loving structures on planet Earth.
*Proprioception is the awareness of our internal bodily processes.
