Amethyst, Earth, and Glory

Amethyst

Earth

And Glory

In a corner of the garden, one crocus looks over a little amethyst Buddha, while another stands guard beneath the old stone bench. A third crocus greets the sun, and old leaves make a warm blanket for the bulbs in waiting. And now that spring is here, glorious summer doesn’t feel too far away.

These pics are a day or two old, I took them just to share, please enjoy.

My next subject is for care givers.

Between 2007, and 2012, I was bed-bound 24/7.  Since then I have been able to enjoy short periods on my feet, providing I’m propped up with a stick or two.  The point being, that I’ve had many bed sores, and know how serious they are.

The good news is that when I started lying with my skin against a clean bath towel, the problem became easy to manage. Tiny particles that can irritate the skin fall between the strands of the towel, where they do less harm, if any.

This has saved on the high cost of propriety creams, and suchlike.

So, if you know anybody who has a family member that is bed-bound, then why not pass it on.

My thanks if you do.

Until next time, and may it be soon, thank you, everyone, and may your Easter be a sacred one. Namaste from Amras.

May green be the grass you walk on,
May blue be the skies above you,
May pure be the joys that surround you,
May true be the hearts that love you.
