No Limits

In the province of the mind, what one believes to be true is true or becomes true, within certain limits to be found experientially and experimentally. These limits are further beliefs to be transcended. In the mind, there are no limits. (John Lilly, 1972).

With my thanks to all readers, friends, and followers. A quickie from me tonight.  Back in ’72, I read John C Lilly’s statement in his book, “The Center of The Cyclone“.  Since then, I have often meditated on his words.  Finding inspiration in them, I occasionally feature them as a footnote.  Tonight, I thought it would be nice to give them prominence.  Hope they, and the artwork above inspire you. Namaste from Amras.

  1. Thank you so much for the recommendation, Amras! I wasn’t familiar neither with the book, nor with author prior to reading your post – but that quote… it did boggle my mind! In the midst of the cyclone is the calm center, right? 😉 Off to look up the book!
