Such People

World Peace Flame 2012

“Oh, wonder!  How beauteous mankind is! How many goodly creatures are there here!  Oh brave new world that has such people in it” ………..Miranda, from “The Tempest”  by William Shakespeare.

We are such people, for we inhabit this “Brave New World” and we here for each other.

The hardest days are ahead for those who will be without their special loved one during the festival.

Let’s be there for them. If not in body, then in a prayerful mind and heart. Let us set that intent, and be there for them.

Let’s always keep an honoured place in our hearts for those who suffer so.

 We Are Together

And, let us never forget our mothers, the ones who work themselves into the ground, and who are struggling to make their families happy with their pitiful and heartless wages.  May it not always be so.

We Are Together iii

Let us be those brave new people who dare to care from the bottom of our hearts. We care because we have learned from experiment, and experience, that love, when generated within the heart, and focused like a laser, with the intent to effect a necessary change in the environment, succeeds.   Let those people be us.

That’s me for tonight folks, need to rest. Thank you so much for liking and following this blog, you are so deeply appreciated by me. And you inspire me to create more pages in return, (even when I can’t.)

In the province of the mind, what one believes to be true is true or becomes true, within certain limits to be found experientially and experimentally These limits are further beliefs to be transcended. In the mind, there are no limits. ~ John Lilly.

      1. Thanks Aina. Yes, I have been unable to write, or for that matter, read much. Unfortunately, I have, along with the other things, developing eyesight problems. The pain is keeping me from writing. In fact, I have to spend many hours away from my computer every day to find balance. This is not a bad thing in my mind, I did not expect to be here this year, (and neither did my specialist) so I’m glad for the chance to go on and experience things.
Thank you as ever Aina, for your deeply appreciated support and encouragement, believe me, your words are very inspiring.
