Amras in Avalon

We have been regular visitors to Glastonbury for many years, and have taken thousands of photographs. Too many for this post I suspect. These ten pics were taken in 2004 with my first digital camera, a cheerful little Olympus. Please enjoy:

Ice cream, and it looks like rain is on the way. Should be a tasty combination.

My favourite haunt, along with all the other book shops.

Several hundred years ago, this building was new.

A close friend of Treebeard.

The Chalice Well Gardens. Peace is palpable in this place.  I wish I could “Beam” over there from time to time.

This photo is regarded as somewhat iconic in our house, we have several copies on view around the place.

The Vesica Piscis.

Sacred Space.

The young students room.

Seen in a shop window.  I agree with every word.
